Legal form and registration
We are a nonprofit association (Verein) registered in Austria under ZVR number 1021341675, overseen by Bezirkshauptmannschaft Dornbirn.
Representation
The statutory board (Vorstand) comprises Thomas Geiger (Deputy Chairperson), Patrick Fürst (Treasurer), Christian Bader (Secretary), and Jodok Batlogg (Chairperson). The registered representatives for legal representation are Jodok Batlogg and Thomas Geiger, acting jointly under § 2(2) Vereinsgesetz.
Membership and voting
We are a members' association. Admission, membership classes, and voting rights follow the adopted statutes, which are published in full on this site.
How decisions are made
Active governance — proposals, votes, and minutes — is conducted in the members' workspace. Draft material is not presented here as adopted policy.
Working in the open
We publish our work in the open wherever we can. Our public repositories — including the complete setup for running open-weight AI models on hardware we control — are on GitHub, linked below.
